The Scootertechniques  racer is based on a very early  Series 2 Eibar Lambretta LI150.Its conception, evolution, the people involved, the build and its outcome are best documented in this

The video of the its first race, 2 weeks after the engine was built, and its eventual placing can be seen  on this fantastic Youtube clip - watch out for the Le Mans style start - brilliant.
